Monitoring contaminant levels in soil, air and groundwater at specific points on your site will determine if contamination is increasing or decreasing over time.  Testing is required to determine whether contaminant levels are trending higher or lower.  These measurements can also be modeled in order to provide estimates of maximum plume length and concentrations.
